While working in his grandfather's insurance agency during time off from studying biology/business at the University of Oregon, Jason Graybeal learned the values of what insurance means to a consumer. Jason also learned that skiing wasn't going to pay the bills. When the opportunity presented itself to gain ownership of a struggling insurance agency, he jumped right in. After growing that agency 3 fold, he sold that agency to fund the start-up of Graybeal Insurance, an Independent Insurance agency.
